Responsible for ensuring Four Diamond guest service in accordance with departmental service standards. Will at all times enforce Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) policies and procedures.\n\nFOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by PRC.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSelect, schedule, and evaluate all Team Members within the Beverage department.\n\nInsure that proper guest service is maintained at all times.\n\nResponsible for maintaining proper Beverage service staffing levels at all times.\n\nMaintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling.\n\nCommunication within other departments.\n\nEnsure all Team Members are abiding by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nAccountability\nThe Beverage Supervisor has supervisory responsibilities including departmental corrective action and Team Member relation issues. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING\nA High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two (2) years’ relative experience, six (6) months in a supervisory capacity required to successfully perform this job.\n\nCOMMUNICATION SKILLS\nThis position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.\n\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nThis position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. This position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\n\nREASONING ABILITY\nThis position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
