Welcome to join us if you are interested.\n【Location】Plainview\n【Type】Full-Time\n【Pay Rate】\nMonthly rate: $:5800-$:6000/month.\nSample Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM -18:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM -12:30 PM)\n【Benefits】\nBirthday Gift;\nLife Insurance;\nRetirement Savings Plan (401K);\nMedical insurance: Health Insurance, dental and vision insurance (effective after the second month of employment);\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO) subject to eligibility and use requirements;\nMultiple employee activities, including monthly events, holiday events, birthday parties, annual events, etc.\nAmple developmental and promotion opportunities;\nProfessional teams to provide professional and comprehensive technical assistance and training;\n【MAIN JOB DUTIES】\nAssist in coordinating on-site engineering projects;\nEnsure construction activities to comply with safety regulations;\nProvide timely response for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance requests from tenants;\nResponsible for planning and follow-up communication to ensure quality control throughout the projects.\nResponsible for the progress of the construction site. Provide cross-department communication and coordination.\n【JOB REQUIREMENTS】\nGood reading, writing and speaking skills in both English and Chinese are preferred.\nFamiliar with engineering drawings and construction equipment assembly.\nHave a strong interest in on-site supervision.\nTeam player, highly professional and have a good sense of safety awareness in warehouse.\nGood work ethics. Strong on-site communication and coordination skills.\nEffective in quality control and progress monitoring.
