Job Description Where you'll be working:Location(s): Lewisville, TX Setting: Clinic-basedPopulation Served: Children 2 - 18What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):Oversee implementation and maintenance of clinical operations in assigned centerPromotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development.Assist with difficult cases. Provide ongoing feedback and support to the clinical team to ensure quality services.Lead by example with integrity and humility. Seek to serve our children and families.Onboard and manage clinical staff. Terminate clinical staff when necessary.Ensure a robust training program for staff and families. Develop creative learning and collaboration opportunities as appropriate.Enforce and encourage clinical quality and outcomes with ownership of related KPIsStay current with best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism treatment and incorporate this knowledge into services provided.Work with company leadership to achieve and maintain BHCOE accreditation for assigned center, along with other reputable accrediting organizationsWork with the VP of Clinical Operations/CCO to ensure cohesive and streamlined overall operationsCaseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):No caseloadCompensation & Perks (real ones):Base salary: $95-110KBonus structure: QuarterlyPTO: 25 days (including 10 paid holidays)Health, dental, and vision insuranceCompany 401(k)CEU supportPersonalized direct clinical and administrative support Monthly trainings If it's listed here, it's real.
