This role involves providing critical respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients in an acute care hospital setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of ventilators, administering medications, and performing various diagnostic tests.ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory treatments and conduct procedures.Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient responses.Perform arterial blood gas interpretations and other necessary tests.Support high-risk deliveries and assist in emergency situations.Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and techniques.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureTwo years of experience in respiratory therapy preferred.Current RRT license in South Carolina is required.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.Experience with Epic charting system is required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
