Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures. Respond to all commission tickets within eight (8) business hours of receipt. Resolve all commission tickets within four (4) business days of receipt. Resolution means all internal steps have been taken to resolve the issue. If the issue must be submitted to the carrier for additional research, resolution means communicating clearly with the applicable internal parties.
