Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Business Development Consultant & Trainer. In this position, you will focus on new business development, generate and cultivate leads, consult with clients to design tailored training solutions, and deliver impactful training programs based on the Sandler methodology. You will also assist in the creation of customized business plans for clients and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication. Qualifications Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead GenerationExperience in Consulting and Business PlanningStrong verbal and written Communication skillsAbility to build and sustain client relationships effectivelyFamiliarity with sales and leadership development methodologies, such as Sandler Training, is a plusHighly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredDemonstrated success in driving measurable business results
