Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads the planning, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of IT, operational technology (OT), digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP, analytics, and manufacturing technology initiatives.\nThe Director serves as the bridge between executive leadership, manufacturing operations, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure technology investments align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, increase plant productivity, and support sustainable growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership & Program Management\nDevelop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate goals and manufacturing strategy.\nLead a portfolio of concurrent IT and digital transformation projects across manufacturing, business operations, supply chain, and customer service.\nEstablish project governance, prioritization frameworks, budgets, resource allocation, and executive reporting.\nPresent technology strategies, project status, risk assessments, and ROI analyses to the CEO and executive leadership team.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.\nManage technology-related capital expenditures and operating budgets.\nManufacturing Systems & Plant Technology\nOversee Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), machine integrations, and production data collection platforms.\nLead initiatives involving corrugators, die cutters, flexo folder gluers (FFG), and converting equipment integration.\nEnsure real-time production visibility, downtime tracking, waste reduction, and OEE improvement.\nPartner with plant leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that improve manufacturing integrations.\nDevelop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance.\nProtect manufacturing operations and business systems from cyber threats and operational disruptions.\nLead disaster recovery, business continuity, vulnerability management, and incident response programs.\nEstablish policies and controls supporting regulatory and customer security requirements.\nDirect enterprise infrastructure operations including networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and end-user computing.\nLead cloud adoption initiatives and hybrid infrastructure strategies.\nEnsure high availability, scalability, and performance across all technology environments.\nEstablish enterprise reporting and KPI frameworks supporting executive decision-making.\nDevelop dashboards and analytics for:\nPromote data-driven decision making throughout the organization.\nLead and develop IT managers, engineers, analysts, developers, and support personnel.\nBuild strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain functions.\nManage vendor relationships, contracts, service providers, and technology partners.\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service.Qualifications\nEducation Required:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\nPreferred:\nMBA, Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience\n10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.\n5+ years leading technology initiatives within manufacturing environments.\nDemonstrated success managing multiple enterprise-scale projects and programs simultaneously.\nExperience supporting ERP, MES, OT, industrial automation, and supply chain technologies.\nExperience presenting to executive leadership and managing organizational change.Core
