A rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial services organization is seeking a hands-on, transformational HR leader to build and scale the HR function during a critical period of growth and operational evolution. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with a clear path toward future executive-level responsibilities. The organization is heavily focused on acquisitions, operational scale, and long-term value creation. Leadership is looking for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.Responsibilities:Building and scaling HR infrastructure across a growing organizationLeading HR operations, compliance, and process improvement initiativesSupporting M&A integration activity and organizational growthDriving HR reporting, workforce analytics, and leadership insightsPartnering closely with executive leadership on people strategyManaging compensation and incentive programs, including LTIP/phantom equity administrationSupporting both union and non-union employee populationsLeading HR systems optimization and HRIS/process integration effortsEnsuring compliance and reducing organizational risk across HR operationsQualifications:Proven experience building or transforming HR functions in high-growth environmentsStrong operational HR leadership experience with the ability to “roll up your sleeves”Experience supporting blue-collar, industrial, construction, contractor, manufacturing, or field-based workforcesStrong understanding of union workforce environments, labor compliance, and workforce retention strategiesHRIS implementation and/or integration experienceExperience supporting PE-backed organizations and/or acquisition-driven environments preferredExperience with compensation and long-term incentive programs (LTIP, phantom equity, RSUs, ESOPs, etc.) is requiredSHRM or PHR/SPHR certification preferredDegree not required but highly preferred Why This OpportunityHighly visible role with direct executive leadership exposureOpportunity to build and shape the HR function from the ground upClear runway for career growth into a future CHRO-level positionStrong organizational growth trajectory backed by private equity investmentCollaborative leadership team committed to modernizing and investing in people operationsIf you are an HR leader who enjoys building, scaling, and transforming organizations while remaining close to the business and operations, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.Location: Manvel, TX | 100% Onsite | 9/80 Schedule
