Residential New Construction Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber with experience in new residential construction to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience at Journey man level, 5 years is a plus. Pay increases are based on performance. Duties: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and install plumbing components. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Perform heavy lifting as required for installation or removal of plumbing fixtures. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while working on construction sites. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Qualifications Minimum 2 yrs. Journey man, 5 years is a plus. Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing installations. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
