Why North End Dental?Perks we provide:Competitive payWeekends off and 6 Paid Holidays A supportive, team-focused environmentOpportunities to grow with an established, respected practice Company celebrations that promote team building and camaraderieAbility to fill the company breakroom with your favorite snacks and drinks PLUS the occasional lunch- on us!Employee of the month and patient referral bonusesResponsibilities:Review daily schedule and complete hygiene chart auditsWork with administrative assistant to schedule hygiene patients with efficiency and accuracy Review patient health and dental history forms and update as necessary Accurately chart each patient's periodontal health Perform thorough and gentle prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance for patients Perform scaling, root planing, and selective polishing for patients as appropriate Administer local anestheticsTake radiographs of patients as prescribed by dentist Apply cavity-preventive agents, such as fluorides and sealants Communicate with patients in an understandable and professional way Accurately and appropriately record provided treatment Teach proper oral hygiene techniques to patients Perform other tasks assigned by the officeWhat we are looking for:At least one year of experience preferred but not requiredDenticon and Open Dental experience preferred but not requiredActive Colorado Dental Hygiene license requiredStrong communication xaygatp and patient care skills requiredAnd finally...
