Duties include driving the support vehicle for a group of motorcycles on a specifically-designed tour, working closely with your Tour Guide to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients, and working with the Tours department as a whole to discover new methods and practices to improve the department.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafely support the Tour Guide and motorcycle groups while delivering exceptional customer service.\nWork closely with the Tour Guide and Tours Department to deliver the optimal experience for the clients.\nCommunicate with customers/clients via email, telephone, and face to face as needed. Requires a smart phone/apps.\nLoad and unload customer luggage, tour supplies, and spare motorcycles from the support vehicle.\nMake sure all needed tools, coolers, first aid kits and equipment are present and in good working condition.\nKeep the coolers stocked with ice and water as necessary.\nAssist the Tour Guide to perform necessary research of routes, businesses, attractions, and national parks that will enhance the experience of the group.\nAssist the Tour guide to monitor and track all expenses charge to company credit card and petty cash.\n\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, great work environment, and additional perks.
