We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-VerifyResponsibilitiesConduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including but not limited to orientation, initial training, tastings, informational seminars, ongoing development of employees, etc.Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materialsObserve, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partnersAttend management meetings and informational seminars as applicableAchieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptionsAssist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all hourly employees as neededUse online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as neededAssist with execution and organization of GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness trainingModel and promote teamwork across all teamsUse tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesyWork a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as neededMove and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 poundsQualifications* 2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant* Skilled in leading and developing teamsSalary RangeUSD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
