Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across one shift. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front line staff.This shift will be a night shift position and will report from 10pm-6am Tuesday-Saturday.ResponsibilitiesManage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely mannerUtilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading timeEnsure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needsProvide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costsDevelop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsDeliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impactCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issuesBuilds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnelMotivate team members to achieve plan goalsMaintain the inventory system to aid in production schedulingMaintain all housekeeping and safety standards and trainingIdentify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating planAdminister policies and proceduresRegular and predictable attendance at the work siteThis role requires regular presence on the plant floorThis role requires lifting up to 40 lbs. occasionallyThis role requires occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionallyThis role may require off-shift and weekend workThis role may require some travel (less than 5%)Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
