You will also find additional opportunities to help us host world-class events in this iconic location.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nProviding an elevated hospitality experience for guests, ensuring quality and accuracy.\nWarmly greets guests; Enters orders accurately into POS device following guidelines for denoting allergens, noting special requests, and applying necessary discounts\nDemonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, accommodates reasonable requests, and notes preferences. As needed, demonstrates knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.\nDelivers ordered items promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.\nPreparing drinks using standard ingredient recipes\nAdheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.\nEnsure all display foods are merchandised attractively by standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.\nQuickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting; promptly and consistently resets all service ware as prescribed.\nExhibits exceptional communication skills and demonstrates the ability to get along well with others.\nRemains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.\nPromptly addresses complaints or issues, relays relevant information or complaints directly to the supervisor.\nPromotes a clean, safe, and neat environment.
