Every patient is counting on you. Here's how you show up for them Before the first incision, you meet with patients, review their history, and explain what neuromonitoring means for their safety. You are often their last reassuring voice before surgery begins.Patient Assessment You are the eyes on the nervous system throughout the procedure — continuously reading electrophysiological data, spotting early warning signs, and alerting the surgical team in real time when it matters most.Intraoperative Monitoring You work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff. Your communication and expertise directly influence surgical decisions and patient outcomes.Team Collaboration You interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision.
