This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nDevelop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration\nIdentify and recruit new channel partners to expand the company's market reach\nManage and support existing channel partners to ensure their success and satisfaction\nCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives\nMonitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement\nConduct training and enablement sessions for channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company's products and services\nWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats\nWhat you need to be successful in this role:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field\nSeven to ten (7-10) years of experience as a Channel Manager, Sales Manager, or Consultant in the intelligent transportation industry\nStrong understanding of channel management principles and best practices\nDeep understanding of consulting, contracting, and construction firms and practices within the intelligent transportation industry\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAble to use strong two-way communication skills along with a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to push their thinking and direct the selling conversations (The Challenger Sale)\nA charismatic team player with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nRole is remote, anywhere in United States. Willingness to travel up to 25%\nIteris anticipates paying between $118,900 and $132,400 for this role.
