As a Project Manager at a medical device manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various programs within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nAs a program manager, you'll be responsible to deliver successful projects with exceptional customer experience.\nMaintain overall control of the schedule, budget, and scope, and ensure project plans and work products are based on approved, agreed-upon requirements.\nEnsure resources and funding are available for executing all project activities.\nManage project plans, project change requests, and project lists, and use these deliverables to conduct the project.\nMonitors and appropriately communicates risk on projects. Work with internal and external teams to develop strategies to mitigate risks.\nDevelop and maintain a project plan and represent the company as needed for customer communications and meetings.\nMaintain regular contact with our clients' project managers as well, providing updates on project progress and answering any related questions.\nMust be comfortable engaging in collaborative (and sometimes difficult) discussions.
