Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026. Positions are contingent pending contract award.A majority of the opportunities are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.This role directly supports Task Order execution by ensuring efficient program administration, effective coordination with Government stakeholders, and consistent delivery of high quality program artifacts.Job ResponsibilitiesSchedule, coordinate, and host a Project Kick-Off Meeting at a location approved by the Government.Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Provide an introduction between the contractor personnel and Government personnel who will be involved with the TO. Provide the opportunity to discuss technical, management, and security issues, and travel authorization and reporting procedures. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.Provide a Project Kick-Off Meeting Agenda for review and approval by the AAS Defense COR and the CDAO TPOC. Provide a Project Kick-Off Meeting Minutes Report documenting the Project Kick-Off Meeting discussion and capturing any action items.Develop and provide a Monthly Status ReportSupport Quarterly PMRs in the Greater Washington DC metropolitan area in alignment with quarterly increment planning priorities. QualificationsBachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience.Active Secret Clearance is requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, And CompetenciesStrong meeting coordination skills, including the ability to schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings with diverse Government and contractor stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.Skill in preparing formal documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes reports, and action item capture. Proficiency in developing recurring program reports, such as Monthly Status Reports, with accuracy and clarity. Capability to support Quarterly PMRs. Ability to provide clear, timely information to callers and stakeholders, reflecting professionalism and customer service orientation.
