This role combines deep Okta expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills to shape company-wide security posture and guide modern authentication strategies.Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.In this role, you will:Architect, implement, and support Okta-based IAM solutionsDefine and influence enterprise authentication and MFA policiesProvide L3 support for complex identity and authentication issuesDevelop SOPs, training material, and conduct knowledge transfer sessionsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Okta, security tools)Drive adoption of passwordless, zero-trust, and modern authentication technologiesWhat you need to have to be consideredStrong hands-on experience with Okta: SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Desktop & Agentless SSOAD & Radius Agents, user sync, policy creationOkta Verify, FastPass, MFA, basic Okta WorkflowsExperience with YubiKey and Beyond Identity authenticatorsKnowledge of passwordless auth, FIDO2, WebAuthn, Zero TrustBasic networking (TCP/IP, ports, DMZ) and directory services (AD, LDAP, RADIUS)Familiarity with endpoint & cloud tools (Zscaler, GlobalProtect, AWS WorkSpaces)Ability to use Splunk for troubleshootingNice to HaveScripting (Python, PowerShell, or Java)Automation and basic Linux skillsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsStrong cross-team coordination and leadership mindsetAbility to adapt quickly to new technologiesApplications will be accepted until 9 Apr 2026.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $[89,000 - 108,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanCognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
