Read more about our opportunity below ...\n\nWork you'll do/Responsibilities\n\nNot only will candidates be joining a project team, but they will also be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from an off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.\n\nThe successful candidate will work with the Deloitte team to implement, maintain, and enhance its enterprise-level data architecture using Informatica PowerCenter.\n\nWork as part of a team to support work streams in an Agile Hybrid software development environment as an ETL Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) data integration developer to support multiple work streams on a government client engagement.\n\nWork with Business Analysts and Data Modelers to understand requirements.\n\nDesign and develop sustainable database ETL applications to support those requirements.\n\nCreate technical design documents that capture source to target mapping, define transformation algorithms, and document data quality rules.\n\nThe Team\n\nArtificial Intelligence & Data Engineering:\n\nIn this age of disruption, organizations need to navigate the future with confidence, embracing decision making with clear, data-driven choices that deliver enterprise value in a dynamic business environment.\n\nThe Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.\n\nArtificial Intelligence & Data Engineering will work with our clients to:\n\nImplement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.\n\nLeverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.\n\nDrive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience\n3+ Years of experience with ETL, specifically Informatica PowerCenter\nAt least 6 months of work experience with ETL Informatica Cloud Services (IICS)\nWorking knowledge to convert PowerCenter workflows to IICS platform\nExpertise in ETL data management areas such as ETL and database architecture and design, data warehouse design and implementation, administration\nExtensive experience interacting with business users to analyze their business processes and requirements. Gather and validate those requirements into database and ETL mapping ad designs to ingest and transform the data and help the user visualize the data and key insights through the reports\nDevelop, maintain and test all IICS workflows. Conduct the testing process and resolve all defects\nCreating the Unit test cases and test queries for testing the IICS code\nCandidate should have experience with trouble-shooting Informatica session failures and the ability to performance tune mappings.\nCandidate must have strong SQL experience and an understanding of dimensional data models to design a robust and secure Data modeling experience to design Datawarehouse\nPerformance tuning experience in IICS, Informatica and SQL\nStrong skills in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies\nLimited sponsorship may be available\nMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA; with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations\nExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
