There is a team of people working on the solutions, and report on progress, maintaining a roadmap of what is available now, what’s coming in Q2, etcJob Summary: This role serves a dual function: acting as Scrum Master and Technical Writer for the Live in 45 toolkit, and leading program management for various initiatives. The contractor will drive delivery velocity, maintain clear product documentation, and coordinate across multiple teams to support team goals.Serve as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across cross-functional teams.Own prioritization and management of the product backlog in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for the Live in 45 toolkits, ensuring content is clear, current, and accessible to both internal teams and external partners.Lead program management for various initiatives across the organization for operational efficiencyOwn reporting and consolidation of program efforts to senior leadership, including internal updates and narratives suitable for external blogs and Marketing use.Qualifications2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting cadences simultaneously.Experience with knowledge management, content curation, and process documentation.Proficiency in consolidating data across systems and producing clear, executive-ready reports.Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.1-2 years of consultancyTop 3 Must Have Hard Skills Backlog toolOperational Excellence in processes and flowsNice to havesSAFE Agile practitionerBusiness process consultantCSMAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on demand and total workforce solutions.
