Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Agile Product Owners, establishing clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture Ensure Product Owners define and execute product visions and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities Own and evolve Agile Product Ownership practices, coaching teams to improve collaboration and outcomesRequired QualificationsExperience leading Agile Product Owners or product leaders in a complex organization Strong background in agile delivery models, preferably with experience in Scrum or SAFe Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Experience in large-scale system implementations or complex business domains Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe are a plus
