We continue to grow, and we want you to grow with us.\nYour Responsibilities a Planning Development Manager:\nDevelop an annual revenue goal and implement plan to achieve this target. Maintain a persistent internal Business Development communication process. Maintain contact with clients and vendors by meeting regularly with key clients to discuss current projects, correlates all pertinent information, resolves conflict, evaluates firm performance, and identifies other business opportunities either with current clients or through referrals.\nIdentify and solicit potential clients/projects, as appropriate, and keep Sector Leaders, operations, and business lines up to date on new sales, new opportunities, and account issues/news.\nCommunicate Quality Assurance:\nTrain Teams to practice responsive, client-focused communication.
