Apprenticeship offers a clear career path with opportunities to advance into Electrical Technician, HVAC Technician, Service Technician, Installer, or Journeyman roles through continued training, certifications, and hands-on experience.\n\nQualifications:\n\n Education/Certification:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nOSHA 10 Certifications preferred\nEPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)\n\n Special Knowledge/Skills:\n\nInterest in pursuing a career in the electrical and HVAC trades\nBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn\nAbility to use basic hand and power tools\nGood communication and problem-solving skills\nAbility to perform mathematical calculations\nAbility to work independently\n\nMajor Responsibilities and Duties:\n\n1. Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and HVAC equipment\n2. Learn to troubleshoot electrical circuits, heating systems, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems\n3.
