environment.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProgram Leadership\r\nServe as the senior Vantor Program Manager and primary customer interface for all Project Custodian activities.\r\nAct as the principal liaison between customer leadership and Vantor executive leadership.\r\nLead execution of a multi-year strategic program involving ISR, GEOINT, remote sensing, intelligence analysis, training, technology integration, and operational support.\r\nProvide executive oversight of all Vantor program workstreams, subcontractors, vendors, and technical teams supporting the project.\r\nEstablish and maintain trusted relationships with senior government, military, and executive stakeholders.\r\nDrive successful delivery of program objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.\r\nVantor Team Leadership\r\nServe as the senior Vantor representative and leader for all in-country program activities.\r\nProvide leadership, direction, mentorship, and performance management for all Vantor personnel assigned to the project.\r\nBuild and maintain a high-performing, mission-focused team culture centered on accountability, operational excellence, collaboration, and customer success.\r\nLead workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and professional development activities for Vantor personnel.\r\nCoordinate and integrate activities across Vantor operational, technical, analytical, engineering, training, and support teams.\r\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across the Vantor team.\r\nPMO Governance\r\nEstablish and lead the Vantor Program Management Office (PMO).\r\nDevelop and maintain\r\nIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS)\r\nProgram Management Plan\r\nRisk Management Plan\r\nQuality synchronization across collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, and training activities.\r\nSupport implementation of advanced geospatial and intelligence systems.\r\nRemote Sensing & GEOINT Program Oversight\r\nProvide leadership and strategic direction for programs involving\r\nSatellite imagery\r\nRemote sensing technologies\r\nGEOINT exploitation\r\nGeospatial analytics\r\nISR operations\r\nAI/ML-enabled intelligence capabilities\r\nTranslate technical requirements into executable program plans.\r\nInterface effectively with Vantor technical SMEs and customer leadership regarding remote sensing and geospatial capabilities.\r\nRisk & Performance Management\r\nIdentify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\r\nTrack performance metrics, operational readiness measures, and program KPIs.\r\nLead corrective action planning when required.\r\nEnsure delivery quality, schedule adherence, and budget performance.\r\nStakeholder Engagement\r\nBrief senior executives, military leaders, and government officials.\r\nFacilitate strategic planning sessions and governance boards.\r\nManage customer expectations and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.\r\nServe as escalation authority for program issues and decisions.\r\nExperience\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n15+ years of progressive program management experience leading large, complex programs.\r\n10+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams in government, defense, intelligence, aerospace, geospatial, or technology sectors.\r\nExtensive experience leading international or overseas programs.\r\nProven experience establishing and leading PMOs.\r\nExperience managing geographically dispersed and multicultural teams.\r\nExperience leading teams of 20+ personnel across multiple functional disciplines in a customer-facing operational environment.\r\nTechnical Background\r\nStrong understanding of\r\nRemote sensing\r\nSatellite imagery\r\nGeospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)\r\nGIS technologies\r\nIntelligence analysis\r\nISR operations\r\nData analytics\r\nAI/ML-enabled analytic systems\r\nFamiliarity with the intelligence
