Behavioral Technician

As an ABA Therapist at TACT you will: Work one-on-one with children and teenagers with autism in clinic or in Client's Home Receive supportive supervision from highly-skilled BCBAs Teach important skills such as communication, flexibility, toileting, sleep, and coping strategies Learn how to treat challenging behaviors by teaching new, replacement skills Be eligible for free supervision towards a Masters degree in behavior analysis Join a team of committed and passionate people working hard to make meaningful differences in the lives of people with autism Pay: $23-$27 per hour AND BONUS OPPORTUNITY! Job Type: Part-time, 12+ hours In-home Locations: Acton, Ayer, Shirley, Groton, Westford, Stow, Billerica Sessions are 3-4 hour session blocks in the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Essential Physical Requirements:You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.). Duties: Working with clients of varying age and backgrounds (e.g., autism, etc.) Direct implementation of behavior analytic therapy (e.g., Behavior Plan implementation, data collection, implementation of skill acquisition programs, etc.) under the direction of a BCBA Interaction with all stakeholders in a professional and dignified manner Accurate reporting of such duties on your timesheet.
