This position requires an in-depth knowledge of golf and club operations, upholding the highest standards of service on a consistent basis. This individual will oversee the ocean golf course operation including valet, locker rooms, bag room, starters, rangers, driving range, the beverage cart, tournament operations, club member events, daily pre-shifts and assist in attending hotel related meetings. Also responsible for supporting the Director of Club Operations in creating budgets, monthly projections and ensuring all other financial goals are met for of golf. This individual will recruit, train, coach and lead the outside operations team at the Ocean Course. Also responsible for ensuring that supply inventory is kept, orders are timely, and expenses goals are followed. May also assist in researching, proposing, assisting in capital projects related to golf.
