Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt. Load and unload materials at designated locations while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials for projects. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on dump trucks to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the operation of other heavy equipment as needed, including graders and tankers. Maintain accurate records of materials transported and completed deliveries. Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site. Skills Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dump trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge for performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on vehicles. Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety practices. Ability to operate additional machinery such as graders or horizontal drilling equipment is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Capability to dig, build, and pave as part of various construction tasks. CLass A is preferred to operate other equipment.
