This role plays a key part in ensuring our products consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you take pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and improving processes-and you value honesty, respect, hard work, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.About the RoleThe Quality Assurance Technician performs a mix of inspection, testing, auditing, and documentation activities across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. This position helps ensure compliance with internal quality systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.You will work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to identify issues, prevent defects, and improve product consistency and process efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct manual and automated inspections, tests, and measurements of materials and productsPerform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspectionsUse precision measurement tools, including CMM, vision systems, and hand gagesInterpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentationRecord inspection data and ensure compliance with acceptance/rejection criteriaIdentify and communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teamsSupport audits, process checks, and document control activitiesAssist with non-conformance disposition and corrective actionsHelp maintain and update work instructions, inspection forms, and controlled documentsParticipate in quality improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesSupport calibration activities and quality lab organization as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma required; technical or associate degree preferred1–3 years of quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience (or equivalent training)Strong mechanical aptitude and intermediate math skillsAbility to read blueprints and technical documentsExperience with measurement tools and inspection methods preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentEffective communication skills across all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred); ERP/MRP experience a plusCommitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvementAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and variable conditionsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs occasionallyWork EnvironmentThis position is onsite in a manufacturing and lab environment. The role includes exposure to machinery, tools, noise, and varying temperatures.
