You will lead with these principles as you:Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all station personnelOversee daily flights and operational efficiency Maintain strong communication with all SkyWest departments, vendors, and associated agenciesManage and maintain accounting practices, budgets, inventory, and training requirementsEnsure compliance with all SkyWest and partner operating standards and proceduresResponsible for compliance with all governing rules and regulations regarding safety and security in the airline industrySalary will be commensurate with experience and city category classification. Moving and relocation expenses may apply.Minimum RequirementsCandidates should be driven, dedicated, well-rounded professionals with a wide range of management and customer service abilities. Required: Prior management or supervisory experience within an airline's ground-handling operation Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skillsPassionate about leadership and customer service and possess strong people and employee-relations skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedTravel for company business and training meetings as neededLift 50 pounds or more consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation18 years old or olderPossess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s licenseHave a High School Diploma or GEDPass a pre-placement background check and drug screenLegally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipWilling to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Possess general knowledge of and understanding of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and proceduresPhysical And Other RequirementsThis is a full-time positionSalary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experienceThis is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive positionPlease complete the online application.
