This position is responsible for picking and processing orders within the warehouse. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Viewpoint and Access database.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED preferred\nExperience: 1 or more years of experience\nTravel: None\nWork Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs.\nOperate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility.\nDeliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime.\nCollaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests.\nSupport a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices.\nUtilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep.\nParticipate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals.\nAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, helping to ensure accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems.\nPerforms other related duties as required and assigned.\nThe job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
