Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Non-Local Candidates Welcome.\r\nPay Rate: $40/hr. plus $150/day per diem based on 5 days, plus paid travel.\r\nEstimated duration of contract: 6 months\r\nSUMMARY\r\nSeeking Aviation Structural Mechanics with the aircraft structural background.\r\nThese technicians are responsible for finalizing system installation for the aircraft structure, training new team members, and taking an active role in defining our new, state-of-the-art, and climate-controlled production system.\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\n10+ years structural mechanics, aerospace systems and installation experience required.\r\nHigh school degree or equivalent required.\r\nTechnical degree or certification in the field of aviation assembly, mechanics, or maintenance is a plus.\r\n\"Fighter\" platform experience is preferred.\r\nExperience in delivering high levels of quality in compliance with ISO/AS9100 a plus.\r\nProficiency interpreting engineering drawings and specifications in written and digital format required.\r\nAbility to execute the appropriate working methods and select the correct hand tools to achieve the proper level of quality and efficiency.\r\nAbility to work with standardized procedures for high repeatability in an advanced and connected environment.\r\nExcellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.\r\nMust be able to stand for extended periods.\r\nAbility to perform physical tasks such as consistently sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, grasping, gripping, standing, walking, climbing, reaching throughout a normal workday.\r\nAbility to perform repetitive motions (such as lifting or assembly of parts) including the use of handheld power tools.\r\nAbility to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds frequently, and up to fifty (50) pounds on occasion.\r\nAbility to work extended hours when required.\r\nCTR Group has been a leader in its industry for over 30 years and is rated highly on Google, Indeed and Facebook for being a great company to work for.
