Boston Regional Concierge Operations Leader

Job DescriptionStratton Amenities, a leader in delivering unparalleled front desk concierge and amenity management services, is on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic individual to enhance our team as a Regional Concierge Operations Manager for the Boston region. This role demands a strong commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, fostering lasting relationships with clients, effectively managing hospitality teams, and ensuring the delivery of premium hospitality services.Primary Responsibilities – Operations FocusOversee daily operations at multiple properties across the Boston regionHire, train, and support concierge, courtesy patrol, and porter teamsConduct regular site visits and ensure service delivery meets brand standardsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and supportLead performance reviews, team check-ins, and disciplinary actions when neededHandle onboarding for new team members and property startupsProvide emergency response and coverage support. This is a 24/7 operation and flexibility is requiredPartner with internal departments to address staffing, scheduling, and payroll needsMaintain a strong culture of accountability and hospitality among all team membersSecondary Responsibility – Business Development SupportSupport regional growth by identifying new property opportunities and monitoring market trendsAssist with site visits and client introductionsAttend local industry events to promote Stratton's services and build visibilityServe as a representative of the Stratton brand in the Boston marketQualifications & SkillsHigh emotional intelligence and a passion for service and hospitalityMinimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or operations management, preferably multi-siteExcellent leadership and team development skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities across sitesEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience in luxury residential, hotel, or multifamily services preferredRequirementsMust reside in BostonFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergenciesReliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using basic reporting toolsStratton Amenities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
