Type of contract: Long-term at-will. Expected hiring date: July 2026. Scope: Single-site manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment.Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs (SIEMENS), HMI systems, and automation equipment.Support robotic programming and ensure proper functionality of automated systems.Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to safety, quality, and production downtime.Modify and optimize equipment to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure standardized processes.Participate in new equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives (Industry 4.0).Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.Promote and maintain 5S standards and a safe working environment, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.Ideal candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Strong experience with PLC programming (SIEMENS preferred) and HMI systems. Knowledge of robotic programming and industrial automation systems. Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with CAD software and engineering tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MES systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
