Human Resources Consultant I

The Human Resources Consultant I plays a key role in supporting business performance by delivering both strategic HR partnership and talent acquisition support for assigned functional areas. This position partners closely with leaders to drive recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.Essential Functions HR Business Partnership & Employee RelationsProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretationCoach managers on employee issues and team effectivenessAnalyze HR trends to develop solutions and retention strategiesTalent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)Build diverse candidate pipelinesPartner with hiring managers on workforce needsLead recruiting campaigns and outreachEnsure a strong candidate experienceEmployee Engagement & CultureSupport engagement survey action planningDrive culture, inclusion, and retention initiativesHR Operations & CollaborationPartner with HR teams (TA, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation)Ensure compliance with policies and lawsSupport HR projects and improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred3-5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and recruitingSHRM-CP or PHR preferredRequired SkillsKnowledge of HR principles and employment lawFull-cycle recruiting experienceAbility to coach leadersStrong communication and relationship skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesData analysis and problem-solving skillsHigh discretion with confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsPAY RANGE: $63,256 - $98,047 annuallyThe pay range listed for this position is based on candidate's skill level, experience, relevant licenses, and educational background.
