This role ensures that all facility systems operate efficiently and effectively, and that maintenance policies and procedures are implemented to support site operations. The Facility Engineer will provide technical guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the other disciplines onsite.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities :\n\nDirects daily operations and long-term planning of all electrical facility services at the site.\n\nOversees engineering and central plant operations to ensure energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.\n\nSupports electrical infrastructure by helping to diagnose complex electrical system issues and responding to emergency calls.\n\nPresents electrical system status and functionality to team and customers and speaks to any potential complications.\n\nProvides technical support to internal teams and leadership for infrastructure-related decisions.\n\nManages the electrical portion of construction and renovation projects from design through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.\n\nDevelops, interprets, and implements facility maintenance policies, standards, and best practices.\n\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.\n\nProvides professional electrical engineer input on design submittals.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nTS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required to be considered\n\n8 – 12 years of experience in electrical engineering.\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n\nPE (Professional Engineer) certification or ability to obtain within 2 years from start date.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems.\n\nProven ability to lead electrical facilities operations.\n\nDeep understanding of high availability and multi-building electrical facilities operations.\n\nAbility to resolve highly complex, multi‑disciplinary technical problems across electrical systems.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and clients on technical strategy and results.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nRecognized subject matter expert (SME) in electrical facilities operations.\n\nExperience with electrical construction, systems integration, and testing in field environments.\n\nProficiency in project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.\n\nFamiliarity with Wonderware or Ignition control systems.\n\nEC-DAS\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
