This role sits at the intersection of agent engineering, product thinking, and stakeholder communication — translating complex business problems into intelligent, scalable AI solutions. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a workflow with a product manager and writing production-grade agent code. You have deep hands-on experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent architectures, and you know how to design AI experiences that people actually want to use. You communicate clearly, move quickly, and care about outcomes over outputs.\n\nYOUR DAY-TO-DAY:\n\nPartner with business and product teams to frame complex problems and translate requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures\n\nDesign and build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent architectures such as ReAct and supervisor models\n\nArchitect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector\n\nBuild and optimize short-term and long-term memory systems, managing context handling and continuity across agent interactions\n\nIntegrate agents into enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and platform connectors\n\nDevelop business application agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with integrations into Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint\n\nDesign intuitive, usable AI experiences with a strong product and UX mindset\n\nOptimize agent performance for latency, cost, and accuracy; apply observability and evaluation tools to measure and improve outcomes\n\nCommunicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nYOU'LL BRING:\n\nHands-on experience with agent frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph\n\nProficiency designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures\n\nExperience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases\n\nStrong API integration skills and familiarity with enterprise systems\n\nComfort with observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems\n\nExcellent communication skills and a product design sensibility\n\nExperience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)\n\nFamiliarity with MCP and Skills-based agent architectures (preferred)\n\nExperience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude (preferred)\n\nForward-deployed or solution engineering background (preferred)\n\nAI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
