Problem solve and prioritize across multiple business areas to execute store strategies as initiated by the Store Director to deliver business results and store sales goals while prioritizing the guest experience.

In addition to ensuring that products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product and gaming knowledge, providing a clean, organized environment in which to shop, and growing guest loyalty and repeat business, this position supervises Guest Advisors and Senior Guest Advisors in the absence of the Store Leader.

1-3 years managing a resident apartment community of 200+ units experience as a Community Manager and/or Property Manager within a 150-200+ unit community with 1-year experience as Leasing Manager or similar sales and marketing role within Property Management.
