Job Requisition ID: 8633 Position Summary/Position Under the general direction of the Director, Process Improvement Sensei, the Process Improvement Facilitator II evaluates process improvement programs, leads and facilitates improvement projects, including Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping sessions, and other kaizen events, and contributes to the development and implementation of improvement programs across the organization.

Project Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies such Lean Six Sigma, kaizen, dimensional analysis and Process Capability (Cpk). Lead Continuous Improvement effort by forming resolution teams, leading kaizen events, and developing improvement projects, applying Lean-six Sigma principles.

Manage a team of employees who promote and support a culture of safety, diversity & inclusion, personal development and continuous improvement and champion SCE's values. Coach, enable, and guide engineering managers and leads of technical and specialized teams on planning process improvement initiatives.

Create and manage supplier development and/or improvement plans for underperforming suppliers using quality tools, Kaizen events, and relationship management. Reduce supplier quality nonconformance costs by developing supplier targets and driving process improvement, tool modification, CAPA Verification, and supplier product & process audits.

Develops and implements systems of quality assurance and improvement that promote best practices, contractual and accreditation requirements compliance, and overall programmatic advancement in collaboration with executive and program leadership.

6 months related experience (ie working in a distribution warehouse environment, roofer, farmhand, grocery dock, construction, manipulating patients in a hospital/nursing home or physical therapy environment, or other positions which require continuous heavy lifting which deals with multi-temperature.

Juris Doctor degree (JD) plus seven (7) years of experience practicing law or internal candidates who have worked at DRC for three continuous years and have six years of experience practicing law.

Self-starter with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement - Blending a scientific and hands on approach to help drive towards process excellence. Utilize a variety of continuous improvement tools such as: Lean Manufacturing/, Six-Sigma, 5S, Total, Kaizen Events, Advanced Problem-Solving, etc.

The Continuous Improvement Specialist drives implementation of the Altium Production System (APS) across multiple pillars: Safety, Quality, Leadership Autonomous Maintenance (Daily Team Maintenance), Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Early Management.

JOB SUMMARY The Wraparound Facilitator conducts clinical assessments, provides diagnosis, develops client plans, facilitates child-family team meetings, collaborates with treatment providers, family members, and other supports to client health improvement in the home and community.

Further responsibilities as the Ambulatory Surgery Center Director of Nursing include the implementation of performance improvement initiatives, infection control, and leading various compliance surveys.

Participates in ongoing accreditation activities (as needed), as well as continuous programmatic and curricular evaluation;Performs other duties as determined by the Director of Didactic Education, Program Director, and/or the Dean of the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Henry E. Riggs School of Applied Life Sciences.
