Director of Finance

The team is compassionate, community-focused, and committed to continuous improvement and service excellence.Key Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial operationsPrepare month-end and year-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statementsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planningEnsure GAAP compliance and manage all internal/external reporting requirementsServe as primary liaison for annual external audit and tax filingsDevelop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard organizational assetsSupervise and mentor the Accounting Manager, supporting performance and process improvementPartner with leadership and attend Board Finance Committee meetings as neededDesired Skills & QualificationsCPA requiredBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (MBA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting or financial leadership experienceStrong background in GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditsExperience with payroll, A/P, A/R, and nonprofit or social service environments preferredProficiency with MS Office, accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred), and billing/EHR systems a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independentlySalary Information$100k - $120k/yearWe’re looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
