The Installer II position is designed for skilled telecommunications professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are ready to work independently, take ownership of their work, and help develop the next generation of technicians.\nAt CCCI, Installer II team members are trusted to perform quality installations with minimal supervision while supporting project success through technical knowledge, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. This position offers continued opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer, Foreman, and other leadership roles.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities-\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nIndependently install structured cabling systems, fiber optic cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, and related lowvoltage systems.\nRead and interpret blueprints, floor plans, specifications, and project documentation to complete assigned work accurately.\nPerform cable routing, termination, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting in accordance with company and industry standards.\nMaintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and customer expectations.\nIdentify installation issues and communicate solutions to project leadership.\nAssist with training and mentoring Installer I team members by demonstrating proper installation techniques and safe work practices.\nMaintain organized work areas and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.\nFollow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer site requirements.\nProfessionally represent CCCI while interacting with customers, subcontractors, and fellow employees.\nAccurately document completed work and report project progress.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Foreman, Superintendent, or Management.\nEducation & Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n35 years of telecommunications, structured cabling, lowvoltage, or commercial construction experience.\nWorking knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation practices.\nAbility to independently complete assigned installation tasks.\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nAbility to pass customerrequired background screenings and drug testing when applicable.\nAuthorization to work in the United States.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment:\nThe physical demands described below represent those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
