Datacenter Technician

We are seeking a Datacenter Technician to support our growing infrastructure by managing hardware deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day operational reliability within our datacenter environment.This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both hardware and software in a fast-paced technical setting.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Setting up and provisioning new hardwareMaintaining and troubleshooting existing equipmentResponding to hardware and software incidentsFollowing documented processes to mitigate and resolve issuesOwning the full device lifecycle, from deployment to decommissioningManaging and tracking inventoryCommunicating with engineering and operations teams to ensure hardware uptimeEscalating issues when necessary to minimize downtimeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceStrong time management and communication skillsBasic understanding of computer hardware and operating systemsComfortable working with physical equipment in a datacenter environmentFluent in EnglishMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no H-1B sponsorship available)Location: Industry City, BrooklynCompensation: $25–$35/hourSchedule: Contract to Full-time, 8 hours per day
