Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pension Actuary located in Greater St. Louis. The Pension Actuary will be responsible for performing actuarial calculations, analyzing financial data relating to defined benefit and other retirement plans, preparing and reviewing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will collaborate with clients to design and implement retirement plan strategies tailored to their needs and provide expert consulting to address complex actuarial and financial challenges. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Actuarial Science and related methodologiesProficiency in Analytical Skills and Statistics for complex data analysisExperience in Finance and knowledge of financial principlesFamiliarity with Insurance principles as they relate to retirement plansASA or FSA designation preferred, or significant progress toward achieving actuarial credentialsProficiency in pension plan software and Excel (or similar tools)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
