Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician

Join the Cristal Clear Cleaning team as a Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician! We are a growing cleaning and property services company serving vacation rental properties across South Florida, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled technician to help keep our properties in top condition.About the Role:As a Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks at vacation rental properties in the Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure properties are guest-ready and well-maintained between stays.Responsibilities:Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and general repairs at vacation rental propertiesReplace light bulbs, batteries, and other small items as neededAssemble or repair furniture, fixtures, and appliancesIdentify and report larger maintenance issues to the property managerPerform touch-up painting and minor cosmetic repairsEnsure all properties meet safety and quality standards before guest arrivalsCoordinate with the cleaning team to ensure seamless property turnoversDocument completed work and report any property damagesRequirements:1+ year of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related tradeBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMust be dependable and available on short notice for urgent repairsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasksWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $18.50/hourFlexible, part-time schedule (15-20 hours per week)Opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding companySupportive team environmentWork across beautiful South Florida propertiesIf you take pride in your work and want to be part of a team that values quality and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.
