Bilingual On-Site Manager

Job Description Sure Staff is hiring for an Bilingual Onsite Manager - Staffing for a customer in Mesquite, TX. The Onsite Staffing Manager (OSM) has multiple responsibilities. Primarily, the OSM is responsible for overall account management & performance. This includes the supervision of the team assembled to service the client. The OSM will act as an extension of the client's Human Resource department as well as the liaison to the client's end-users of contingent labor. The OSM must have the ability to effectively communicate to candidates, employees, and client contacts. The OSM is responsible for prioritizing requisitions, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring key performance indicators. Other responsibilities may include client-specific reporting, onboarding/orientation and site-specific training. Key Responsibilities Personifies our company at the work siteManages site staff through proper recruitment strategies and use of best practicesMeets headcount needs for all shifts as required by clientManage staff to ensure proper compliance with company and client standardsAssists with performance evaluations of employees on assignmentManages unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentationWorks with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and turnoverMonitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents at the siteUpdates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requiredManages retention, recruitment, and other value-added programsMonitors activities/results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Develops and delivers quarterly and annual business reviews at the client siteFacilitates meetings with key stakeholders (internal & external)Other duties as assigned About You3-6 years of relevant experience working in either a recruitment, high-touch service or similar positionVolume recruitment delivery experience preferredFlexibility to support client requirements as they may run multiple shiftsA customer and client focus with the ability to establish long-lasting business relationshipsCapability to engage and communicate effectively to all stakeholdersAbility to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidentialAbility to work in a challenging and demanding environmentExcellent time management skillsSelf-driven, vibrant and passionateInnovative mindset to promote continuous improvementExcellent communication skills Monday-Friday- 1st ShiftSalary- 42k About Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
