Project Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our office location. The role plays a key part in managing projects from start to finish, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the fabrication and installation process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple projects while collaborating across departments. Requirements What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleProvide project updates, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and timely mannerCreate and manage project schedules, timelines, estimates, and milestonesCoordinate projects from order placement through final installationCollaborate with sales, design, production, vendors, and installers to ensure seamless project executionManage purchasing and coordinate material deliveries with vendors and subcontractorsConduct customer material viewings and assist clients with stone selectionsMaintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress updatesProcess and manage project invoicing accurately and on timeUtilize project management software to track project status and communicate updatesTroubleshoot scheduling or project challenges while maintaining a high level of customer serviceSupport long-term customer relationships and contribute to repeat businessAssist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support company goals QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or customer serviceConstruction, remodeling, or stone countertop industry experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesProficiency with computers and project management software (Stone App or similar platforms preferred)Basic ability to read a tape measure in inches and feet Physical & Work Environment RequirementsPrimarily office-based with occasional visits to warehouse or job site locationsProlonged periods sitting and working at a computerStandard business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime during busy periods or special projects Our Core Values We believe great teams are built around shared values:Grow And Learn - Mind open and curious; perform with passion and enthusiasm.Do The Right Thing -Make decisions based on integrity, empathy and respect, service above self.Find A Way - Discover unique solutions that haven't been considered; think creatively and make it happen.One Team -We achieve more when we collaborate and all work together; trust and engage.Deliver Excellence - Take pride in every detail; uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and service.
