environmental protocols.\r\nServe as the technical point of contact for higher-level support organizations, including the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), ensuring rapid coordination and resolution during outages or degraded network performance events.\r\nDraft, coordinate, and process Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs), ensuring
