Located in the heart of San Francisco, we specialize in fostering lasting professional relationships for long-term success.Hiring a Part- Time Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper in Oakland, CA | $28–$32/hr Growing property management company overseeing ~600 units across the Bay Area, Nevada, and Utah.* Seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper to support operations, accounting, and systems improvement across multiple properties.What you’ll do:* Support vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and tenant communication Manage AP/AR, invoice coding, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
