What You’ll Be Doing:
Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions
Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information
Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record in customer service
Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
