The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.\n\nAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nLoad finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications\nBuild and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner\nSecure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap\nReport any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly\nAssist in maintaining a clean and organized work area\nSupport other departments as needed based on production demands\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma, GED or applicable work experience required; associate degree or relevant technical training a plus.\nPrior working knowledge in manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, a plus.\nMust have experience operating sit-down Forklift.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.\nThe successful candidate must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions and complete documentation; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.\nAbility to work in sometimes extreme weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.\nAbility to work well in an environment with continuous people and equipment movement.\nFlexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, could require working overtime during high demand.\nUnderstand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nRadienz Living employees must comply with all required safety protocols, including but not limited to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as applicable and instructed.
